Refunds and Returns Policy

Everybody has off days. Sometimes your order might not make you happy, or might not even arrive. 🙁

Don’t despair! We at FloxMonster™ will do our best to fix it. <3

This is important: please contact us within 30 days of sending your order. Beyond that date, our supplier upstream won’t issue refunds. (Which makes it really hard for us to do.)

Here is a quote from our supplier’s Refund Policy:

All products are unique and produced only once ordered . . . However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, [we] offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. 

… [We] will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color.

As you can see, they are pretty hardball, which limits our options, too. We also can’t do refunds for used/damaged goods, health/food items, or gift cards. But what we can do is: 1.) contact the supplier on your behalf, 2.) track down any missing shipments, and 3.) direct refunds and/or replacements to you when the supplier cooperates.
